Kim Kardashian reveals she’ll be a qualified attorney soon: 'That’s what I really want'
Kim Kardashian is closer than ever to fulfilling her long-time dream of becoming a lawyer. The reality star and entrepreneur, who graduated from law school earlier this year, revealed that she’s expecting to officially qualify as an attorney within the next two weeks. The SKIMS founder also shared her ultimate career goal: to give up her celebrity life and become a trial lawyer.
This isn’t Kardashian’s first major legal milestone. After passing the tough “baby bar” in 2021 following three attempts, she went on to complete her Law Office Study Program, a nontraditional route that allowed her to apprentice under practicing attorneys instead of attending a formal law school.
Kardashian graduated from law school in May after six years. "Six years ago, I embarked on an unconventional path to pursue my dream of becoming a lawyer," she wrote on Instagram at the time. "It wasn't easy, and it took longer than planned, but I never gave up." Kim’s dedication has earned praise from legal professionals and fans alike. Attorney Jessica Jackson, one of her mentors, also revealed in a speech that Kim “dedicated 18 hours a week, 48 weeks a year for six straight years” to her legal studies.
If all goes as planned, Kim Kardashian could officially become a qualified attorney by mid-November, marking one of the most remarkable transformations in pop culture history.
