Nicholas Hoult takes Son Joaquin to his first basketball game

Nicholas Hoult, known for his roles in movies like "Mad Max: Fury Road," had a special day out with his young son, Joaquin. They attended the Atlanta Hawks' game against the Milwaukee Bucks on March 31, making it Joaquin's first public appearance alongside his famous dad.


Sitting courtside at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Nicholas and Joaquin enjoyed watching the basketball game together. Joaquin, dressed in a cute Hawks jersey and checkered Vans slip-ons, was seen whispering to his dad while holding onto a Trae Young plushie. Meanwhile, Nicholas, wearing a black sweater and jeans, focused on the game action displayed on the Jumbotron.

This outing marked the first time the public got a glimpse of Joaquin, whom Nicholas shares with his longtime partner, Bryana Holly. The couple welcomed Joaquin into the world in 2018, and they are also parents to another child, whose name they have kept private.

Although Nicholas and Bryana are usually private about their family life, Nicholas has occasionally shared snippets of his experience as a father. He mentioned in a previous interview that being a dad has been a learning process, but also a joyful one. During the pandemic, he found solace in spending time at home with his family, describing it as peaceful and enjoyable.
