Emma Stone. What’s more, with this, 32-year-old Chazelle has become the youngest director in Oscars history to win the honour.

Chazelle’s ‘La La Land’ went into the awards ceremony with a whopping 14 nominations. At the end of the night, the film bagged six awards including his Best Director win.
