Tamayo Perry, a surfer known for his role in 'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides', was tragically found dead after what appeared to be a fatal shark attack.
The 49-year-old was discovered near Goat Island (Mokuauia) near Laie, Hawaii, after going surfing during a break from his lifeguard duties. According to reports, he was found by local surfers with an arm and a leg missing. According to reports on Daily Mail, the actor and surfer appeared to suffer from several shark bites.
Lifeguards then stepped in to bring his remains back to shore by jet ski. Perry, a respected figure in the surfing community, was pronounced dead by the emergency crews present at the scene. Officials identified Perry after notifying his next of kin.
