In 2012, she became the ambassador for an organization that advocated for Hurricane Sandy survivors and helped in gathering resources for them. Over the years, she raised a lot of funds for the organizations through different approaches, one of which included singing a portion of John Legend’s ‘All of Me’ and donating the proceeds from her record to the organization.
In 2020, she actively took part in the protests that happened all across America in support of George Floyd. She has also stood up for Black rights, as well as anti-bullying campaigns and mental health programs over the years.
Zendaya has always been about spreading the message of hope and peace, and how things can always be done with a different approach.
