According to latest reports making rounds on the internet, real-life stripper

, the woman who inspired Jennifer Lopez‘s character Ramona in 'Hustlers' is threatening to sue maker of the film.

The report further stated Barbash lawyer saying that the makers of the film aren't paying her for the rights to showcase her life story on the celluloid. In a previous interview with a Hollywood portal, Barbash had said that she feels that the film has defamed her as due to the character’s drug use.

, the film which revolves around a group of strippers in NYC who begin to drug stock their clients in return to rob their money is slated to release on 27th September this year. Apart from Lopez, the film also features Constance Wu, Lili Reinhart, Keke Palmer, Julia Stiles, Cardi B and Lizzo in pivotal roles.
