According to Yahoo!news, Maxwell Stone, a UK retailer at Steven Stone, described the ring as a “symbol of elegance and luxury,” highlighting its unique appeal. "Selena's exquisite sparkler showcases a stunning 4-carat marquise-cut diamond,” he explained, adding that the ring likely includes a personal touch from Benny.

Interestingly, the marquise-cut diamond is believed to nod to Selena’s 2015 song Good for You, from her second studio album Revival. The lyrics, “I'm on my 14 carats / I'm 14 carat” and “I'm on my marquise diamonds / I'm a marquise diamond,” are thought to have inspired the choice of the diamond’s cut.




Maxwell Stone further estimated the ring’s value at approximately $200,000 (£157,000), emphasizing its exceptional craftsmanship.
