The remake of Disney's classic film '
The Lion King
' has been the talk of the town. The film has a star-studded cast for voiceover.
And now, director
Jon Favreau took to his
Twitter to share the new portraits of the characters from the film alongside the actors who are voicing them.

Donald Glover has lent his voice to the central character Simba, the future king of the jungle.
Beyonce as
Simba
's love interest Nala.
James Earl Jones as Simba's wise and loving father, Mufasa, he will be reprising his iconic performance from Disney's 1994 animated classic.
Disney has also released a featurette which showcases how some of the actors brought their characters to life.

The film opens in theatres July 19.
