'The Real Housewives of Miami' star Lisa Hochstein finalises divorce from ex Lenny Hochstein
'The Real Housewives of Miami' fame Lisa Hochstein and her ex Lenny Hochstein divorce finalised their divorce after 13 years of marriage, People reported.
A judge signed off on the case on November 15, declaring the pair legally single, People quoted court as saying.
Lenny was asked to pay Lisa 15,000 dollars a month in child support for their two kids -- son Logan, 8, and daughter Elle, 3 -- and 10,000 dollars per month for Elle once Logan turns 18. Lenny and Lisa were also ordered to follow a marital settlement agreement from June 2023 and a parenting plan they created on November 4, 2024.
The former couple confirmed their split in May 2022, around the same time Lenny Hochstein filed for divorce from 'The Real Housewives of Miami' star
The update was shared by Lisa's 'The Real Housewives of Miami' costar Adriana de Moura at the 2024 Bravo Fan Fest.
"The settlement comes two years after the pair confirmed their split and Lenny filed for divorce from the RHOM star in May 2022 citing "irreconcilable differences." According to the filing, Lenny and Lisa signed a prenuptial agreement before they wed in 2009, and, per the terms, Lenny will pay spousal support to Lisa. Lenny also stated that he will "fully provide for all of the children's needs" and added he'd like "frequent time-sharing" of the children, " reported People.
After announcing the divorce, Lenny confirmed that he had entered a relationship with model Katharina Mazepa. However, he denied that their relationship began started anytime before his marriage to Lisa had ended.
"Nothing happened between Katharina and I until Lisa and I decided on the divorce," he said, adding, "and Lisa was aware of my plans before anything happened between Katharina and myself."
Lisa filed court paperwork in August, accusing Lenny of "financially strangling" her. According to documents, Lenny "retaliates by restricting her access to funds" anytime she "does not acquiesce to each and every one of his demands" throughout their divorce. Lenny refuted the allegations.
Katharina requested a restraining order against Lisa hours after she submitted her claims of financial strangulation. The restraining order, obtained by People, accused Lisa of "making threatening phone calls, creating fake social media accounts, and posting threatening and false statements." Lisa disputed the claims.
In December, Lisa shared on how she felt after Lenny told her that their marriage was ending, "It was a knife to the heart. My life changed completely in the blink of an eye and I didn't see it coming whatsoever," reported People
'The Real Housewives of Miami' can be watched on Peacock.
