A leaked recording of Kanye West’s earlier version of the song ‘Famous’ is shocking enough for the fans of singers Taylor Swift and Amber Rose. The original lyrics of the Kanye’s song were, "I feel like Taylor Swift still owe me sex / I made that b***h famous," and then adds his ex-Amber Rose to the mix - “I feel like Amber Rose still owe me sex / Why? I made that b***h famous / Not really, but somewhat famous.” As expected, both the ladies lost their cool over the offensive lyrics and cracked down on the rapper. While Taylor denied being aware of the mention “that bitch” during the phone call and called it a character assassination, Amber Rose said that everything she has done is her own doing and she has worked very hard for everything she has.”

Earlier, Kim Kardashian had leaked edited snippets of a phone call on Snapchat between Kanye West and Taylor Swift during which, the latter seems to be approving his lyrics, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex.”

Great grand daughter of Conrad Hilton, Paris Hilton is more than just an American heiress, socialite, television personality, businesswoman, fashion designer, model, actress, producer, DJ, author and singer. She is one of the most famous socialites in the New York party circuit and she became notorious for her sex tape with Rick Salomon that was leaked just before the premiere episode of her reality show The Simple Life. But it did not stop there. She raked up quite a controversy when she opened her store in Mecca. The Hilton heiress took to Twitter and expressed her pleasure over it but was soon lashed at by conservative Muslims who felt it was inappropriate for someone who had leaked her sex tape to open a store in the holy land of Mecca close to the Grand Mosque. She also managed to irk the gay community by passing rude comments on them and stating that most gay men would die of aids. She later profusely apologized for the same.

When Paris came to India to launch her line, there were claims by Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut that she would endorse the line but Paris’s representatives rubbished the rumours. Paris’s beer ad created a furor in Brazil where a government official for women's affairs called for the ad to be pulled off due to its offensive sexist undertones. But in spite of all this, Paris loves flirting with controversies!

Be it her addiction problems or her multiple stints in rehab, Lindsay Lohan aka Lilo has always managed to make headlines for all the wrong reasons. Her shop lifting incidents to the car crash case where she insisted that she was innocent; Lindsay cannot stay away from controversies. She was also in the news for her relationship with female DJ S Samantha Ronson. But getting rid of the controversial queen image may be a little difficult for Lilo unless and until she improves her ways.

A year later in 2009, at the age of 16, Miley shocked all once again by pole dancing at the Teen Choice Awards. Then there was the mad hair cut, a penis shaped cake for fiancé Liam Hemsworth which say Miley posing with it in various ways. But perhaps it was her We Can't Stop Music Video (June 2013) that blew the day lights off everyone. With this video, she officially confirmed she was an adult. Miley was seen ‘twerking’ with teddy bears and spanking the butt of her pals. She repeated this at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMA, August 2013) where she was twerking and shaking her ass in front of Robin Thicke and their duet together set tongues wagging. But her 72 day highly publicized marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries got all tongues wagging and her short lived marriage became a topic of discussion. She soon divorced Kris for an undisclosed amount. It is also rumoured that the wedding cost a bomb for which neither Kim nor Kris paid. Yet she seems to be the busiest socialite and reality star. Fame naturally follows her.

Kim’s whole family is famous and each have their own share of controversies, be it her mother Kris or sister Khloe. And Kim is not far behind. She certainly seemed to follow in the footsteps of Paris Hilton when her sex tape with former boyfriend Ray J was leaked. Over night, Kim seemed to become a celebrity much in demand. On several occasions, Kim has been criticized by organizations, fans and critics. In 2010, she was slammed by animal rights organization PETA for constantly wearing fur coats. She was also criticized for a commercial which featured a cat. Kim was seen holding it in an improper manner which drew a lot of flak for the pretty socialite.

Madonna and controversy seem to go hand in hand. In a career spanning decades, Madonna has shocked and surprised fans, critics and fellow musicians. From her raunchy performances to controversial videos, she has revived herself over the years and broken many myths. Where to begin with her controversies seems to be the questions. Way back in 1984, her song Like a Virgin was a little too bold for people to accept who were not ready to talk about pre marital sex. In the song Like a Prayer, she once again courted controversy as the video shows her getting frisky with a saint and dancing around burning crosses. This shocked the Vatican and Pepsi withdrew an endorsement that it had with Madge.

From hurting Hindus to calling David Letterman “a sick f*ck”, there was no stopping Madonna. In 2001, MTV banned her video ‘What It Feels Like For a Girl’ which was violent. It showed the pop star running around an ATM and in the end eventually killing herself and an elderly woman. Then there was her song ‘American life’ which was seen as an anti war song. At that time, America was going to war with Iraq. Many felt the song was anti American. But her performance at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards took the cake. Madonna locked lips with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera. This pushed all limits and clearly, there’s no stopping this girl!
