It is celebration time for the Royal family after
Prince Harry and
Meghan Markle delivered a
baby boy
on May 6. The Prince himself addressed the media to announce the birth of his bundle of joy to the world.
While the couple has been in the news ever since the news of their
pregnancy
came out, what very few know is how much Meghan spent on her entire pregnancy. According to reports, the new mommy’s
baby
shower costed a whopping $200,000 and her entire maternity wardrobe $500,000 and $200,000 baby shower for the former American actress.
The report also stated that Markle’s close friend and tennis star, Serena William threw a party for her BFF. The baby shower party involved the former Suit’s actor’s close friends along with some flower-arranging sessions and dessert tastings with a Michelin star-chef.
Serena also reportedly paid a hefty $75,000 for a penthouse suite at The Mark for the baby shower. The suite included two floors, four fireplaces, six bathrooms, five bedrooms, two powder rooms and
Central Park
’s view.
Meghan flew in from
London
to New York via a private jet for an estimated $100,000. The newly turned parents also renovated the nursery at their Frogmore Cottage house for a stupendous $65,560. Not to mention, the use of vegan paint which was made up of rosemary oils and eucalyptus.
While wishes have been pouring in for the new parents, people are eagerly awaiting the couple to announce the baby’s name and to get a glimpse of the newborn.
