The Recording Academy revealed an exciting lineup of performers for the 2025 Grammy Awards on Friday, January 24. Among those taking the stage are Billie Eilish, Shakira, and Sabrina Carpenter, along with several other talented nominees.

This year’s Grammys will once again be hosted by Trevor Noah, marking his fifth consecutive time as host. The event will take place on February 2 at 8 p.m. ET at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. In addition to celebrating music, the awards aim to support wildfire relief efforts in Los Angeles and provide aid to music professionals impacted by the disaster.

The performers list includes a mix of Grammy veterans and first-time nominees. Rising star Benson Boone, 22, who gained fame with his viral hit “Beautiful Things,” is nominated for Best New Artist. Billie Eilish, 23, continues her Grammy success with seven nominations, including Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year. Eilish has already won nine Grammys in her career.

Chappell Roan, 26, a first-time nominee, is also competing in six categories, including Album of the Year and Best New Artist. She recently hinted at making a bold statement if she wins. Charli XCX, a seasoned name in pop and electronic music, received eight nominations, including Best Dance/Electronic Album for her album Brat and Best Music Video.

Doechii, 26, earned three nominations, including Best New Artist and Best Rap Performance for her song “NISSAN ALTIMA.” Similarly, RAYE, 27, is celebrating her Best New Artist and Songwriter of the Year (Non-Classical) nominations.

Sabrina Carpenter, whose track “Espresso” became a worldwide hit, received six nominations, including Record of the Year and Best New Artist, marking a big moment in her career. Shakira, 47, a three-time Grammy winner, is nominated for Best Latin Pop Album, coinciding with her birthday on Grammy night.

Teddy Swims, 32, earned his first Grammy nomination for Best New Artist, thanks to hits like “Lose Control.”

The event promises an unforgettable evening of music and recognition for artists shaping today’s music scene
