All about Harry Styles and his USD 30 million real estate investments over the years

Harry Styles has come a long way from being a contestant on The X Factor at the age of 16 to becoming one of the biggest pop sensations in the world. Over the years, he has invested in several luxury real estate properties across different cities. Here is a look at his impressive real estate portfolio and the homes he has owned over the years.

One of the first places where the Watermelon Sugar singer lived was a lavish mansion in North London. According to Robb Report, this was the first residence shared by Harry and his fellow One Direction bandmates at the beginning of their music careers.

The five-member group rented a five-floor unit in the historic Princess Park Manor estate. The 19th-century property spanned nearly 30 acres, although the group occupied only one section of the building. Originally built in 1849, the estate once served as a mental asylum that housed around 2,500 patients before being transformed into luxury residences.

This property marked Styles’ first real estate purchase. He bought the North London home for USD 4.8 million when he was just 18 years old.

The house featured French doors, hardwood floors, skylights, four bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Spread across 2,300 square feet, the stylish property reportedly remains part of the singer’s portfolio.

Styles expanded his property investments in 2019 by purchasing a Georgian-style home in Hampstead for USD 10.9 million. Interestingly, the property was located directly opposite one of his earlier residences.

The luxurious home featured five bedrooms and private outdoor parking. A year later, the singer reportedly bought the neighbouring property as well for USD 5.5 million, further expanding his real estate holdings in the upscale London neighbourhood.

Another major purchase came when Styles bought a lavish property in Beverly Hills for USD 4 million. The 3,000-square-foot residence was designed by architect Alejandro Ortiz and became one of the most luxurious homes in his collection.

The property included a 58-foot-long infinity pool, five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a library, a gym, walkways, decks, and a stunning sunken courtyard.

However, the singer reportedly suffered a financial loss on the property, as he sold it two years later for around USD 3 million.

In 2017, Styles established roots in New York City by purchasing a luxury condominium in Tribeca for USD 8.7 million.

Located in one of Manhattan’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, the apartment spans around 3,000 square feet and includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Styles still reportedly owns the property, which is situated in an area popular among celebrities such as Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and Jennifer Lawrence.
