Rick Ross reveals the similarities he shares with late musical icon Elvis Presley

Rapper Rick Ross recently visited Graceland, the Memphis estate of Elvis Presley, and posted some pics on Instagram from the legendary singer's collection. While sharing glimpses of his tour of Graceland, praised the late Elvis Presley, describing him as an "icon" and mentioning several similarities between them.

Taking to his social media handle, he shared the late singer’s prized possessions, including a 1958 Chevrolet 880. For the uninitiated, it is an airplane that Elvis purchased in 1975 and named after his daughter Lisa Marie. Ross is also a proud owner of a Gulfstream G550, and thus, he pointed out how he and Presley share a common love and fondness for airplanes. "As we all could see, me and Elvis had a lot of things in common... His ranch is Graceland; my ranch is Promise Land," he added.

Further, as aforementioned, Rick didn’t stop at just the similarities, he shared words of appreciation for the late legendary musical artist. He said, "I love the planes. I love he was a hustler. He was a man amongst the people."

Ross has never missed out on an opportunity to praise Presley or express his admiration for the musician. In 2014, he released a song titled ‘Elvis Presley Blvd.’ in which he sang about “riding down” the iconic street in Memphis. The song was a heartfelt tribute to the late singer’s ex-wife, Priscilla.

Rick Ross’ words of appreciation and his gestures towards Elvis Presley highlight the love he carries in his heart for the late artist. This is yet another proof that Elvis’ legacy is still inspiring generations.
