Aura Aurangabad honours guru shishya tradition
Mahatma Gandhi Mission Sangeet Academy (Mahagami) recently celebrated Aura
The main idea of Aura Aurangabad was to highlight various elements of local heritage, sculpture, mural and history through Indian classical dances. This year, Dashavatara corridor, Shiv Parwati wedding, lifting Kailash Parvat and essence of Buddhist philosophy were the dominating themes of the festival. Artists from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Delhi and Assam presented the dance performances.
