The Clean & Clear Bangalore Times Fresh Face 2015 auditions held at PES — Electronic City were nothing short of a gala affair. Not only were the number of enthusiastic contestants high, but their fellow college-mates had also turned up in large numbers to cheer them on. The auditions were held in the open grounds of the college, and the pleasant weather provided the perfect setting for contestants to exhibit not only their talents, but also to show off their confidence and popularity among their fellow students.
The boys kicked off the auditions, putting on display a variety of talents such as break dancing, B-boying, singing and beat-boxing. The girls followed suit, exhibiting their proficiency in Western singing, classical dancing, playing musical instruments and even walking the ramp. Midway, rain forced the event to be shifted indoors, but that didn’t dampen the remaining contestants’ spirits one bit.
Once the See The Real Me was over, the judges for the afternoon — Kannada actress Rashri Ponnappa and Radio Mirchi
RJ Siri — selected seven girls and six boys for the Q&A round, in which the chosen ones took turns to answer a variety of questions put forth by the judges. Dancer Bhavika Reddy and beat-boxer Subramanya R were adjudged the winners among the girls and boys, respectively. Singer Ishita Parakh and classical dancer Anusha J finished as the first and second runners-up respectively among the girls, and among the boys, dancers Aravind Subramanian and Vinit Kaushik bagged the first and second runners-up spots respectively.
