BSSS helps its 5 adopted villages in COVID 19 crisis

The Bhopal School of Social Sciences
has extended its relief work in the 5 adopted villages of Sehore District, underUnnat Bharat Abhiyan
(UBA) Programme of the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The programme was envisaged to connectthe Higher Educational Institutions
to the villages around, for transfer of knowledge to enrich rural India. Amidst the lockdown on COVID 19 pandemic, the BSSS's UBA team visited the Sohankheda, Dehariya Mukati, Lotiya Jamunchapari, Khamkehda and Imalikheda villages of Sehore District and distributed face masks and also worked to spread awareness among the villagers about COVID 19. , Kamal Singh Thakur interacted with children of all 5 villages and inculcated awareness on the importance of washing hands, wearing face masks and keeping social distance in the present scenario by giving demonstrations.
