this story makes the audience realise that greed is never ending. Once the feeling of greed enters a man’s heart then it is very difficult to remove that. The story is conveyed through a clerk who asks his wife to impress his boss. The story takes a turn when the wife gets so depressed that she commits suicide. But after this the clerk then starts blackmailing his boss who was earlier taking advantage of the clerk’s wife. This happens everyday in our society but no one retaliates and alas! At the end some misfortunate incident takes place.
