Swimming championship winners felicitated

and cross country championship was held in the city. The event ended yesterday with winners being felicitated. The three-day event saw participants from various

police

districts of the state. Swimmers took part in various categories like free style,

backstroke

, butterfly, freestyle relay for both men and women.

Sambalpur district

performed very well in all the categories including the relay in which they pushed Odisha Fire Service to second position and Sixth Battalion Police from

Cuttack

to third position.
