Alumnis meet up for an annual winter ball event of St John's School at a club in Chandigarh

Despite a rollicking Saturday night, city's nightspots recently witnessed a low turnout. While everyone thought the cold was the reason, the reality turned out to be something different.
It was the annual winter ball event of St John's School held at a club near IT Park, which saw city's swish crowd jostling on the dance floor.
Meeting after a long, old buddies from SJOBA, had a great reunion bash.While guys flaunted their formal attire, the girls looked unfazed and braved the winter chill with élan. DJ Bhanu, who performed at the do, belted out some peppy tracks. While his request to party inside the special dancing zone made no impact, the crowd insisted on dancing in the open.
The party went on till late with president Ajay Thiara (1983 batch) seen partying with his pals Nagendra Singh and Pranav Gupta. Also spotted was Vivek Sood, Anil Talwar (1977 batch) at the event. Also, UT SSP Sukhchain Singh Gill made a quick entry. A day before the annual winter ball, RDB had enthralled the crowds with their lively performance. The night ended on a sumptuous note with great food and loads of school time tales.
