Road safety conclave for teachers

The Institute of Road Traffic Education (IRTE), Delhi, joined the UT traffic police to hold a road-safety conclave for the teachers of various government and private schools of Chandigarh. director highlighted 13 objectives to fall in safe driver's category.
Total 153 teachers were present on the occasion who were educated about various ways to spread information to children to cut on under-age and reckless driving. They were told about how a classroom is a perfect platform to teach children about becoming responsible drivers. Later, a workshop on the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act-2019, Motor Vehicle (Driving) Regulations-2017 and other relevant rules was held.
