Delhiites love the classical arts as much as they love an evening out having fun, and so when danseuse Sonal Mansingh performed in the capital recently, the turnout was quite large. And not only large, it was prestigious too - LK Advani with his
wife Kamala, Jaya Jaitley and fellow dancer Shovana Narayan were among those who enjoyed Sonal's graceful performance .

On spotting may young faces in the crowd, Sonal told us she was quite satisfied. "Dance is a form of art. And I'm happy to see young kids take a deep interest in it and watch my shows," she said. Rest assured, Sonal, young or old, anyone would!

Jaya was more than impressed with the performance . "It's always a delight to watch an accomplished artiste like Sonal Mansingh ," she said. While she stuck to her usual cotton saree , Sonal chose to go with a white-and-red saree, kohllined eyes and her trademark bindi, even for the stage performance . Also present were Rashmi, Murli Manohar Joshi's niece, designer Madhu Jain and Divya Chauhan.
