festival celebrating the rich

and heritage of
Ladakh
is currently underway at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon. Spalzes Angmo, who runs a café in Ladakh is the chef behind the cuisine.
“Ladakh is infinitely famous for its incandescent mountains and gorgeous longing valleys, which makes it a huge favorite amongst travelers. It encompasses some top-notch places for trekking and camping but is still not renowned for the enticing flavors they behold,” says Chef Spalzes.
The launch of the food
festival
saw eminent personalities from the culinary community come together to devour the try new cuisine and flavors from Ladakh. The food festival will go on till March 10.
“This is one food festival you cannot miss, irrespective if you stick to a specific type of cuisine or prefer a flavorful adventure for your inner-connoisseur,” says Executive Chef Rajinder Sareen.
