back. So we sent our constable to the bus stop where they found her to see if they could find her mother,” shares Saidulu, sub-inspector at Gopalapuram Police Station.

When the constable set out towards the bus stop, he saw this lady crying near Alpha hotel. She was sitting on the pavement and sobbing. He thought she might be the mother of the girl who had come to our police station. It turned out his hunch was right. He brought the lady to the police station and found out that she was indeed the mother of the missing daughter. Just like that, the mother and daughter were reunited.

“It all happened so quickly. We didn’t even register an FIR. Before we could do so, our team brought back the mother and the two of them were reunited. We cannot claim credit for this reunion, because we hardly had to work for this. This was the work of God,” Saidulu added.
