Of books and bibliophiles

Literati from The Little Theatre Hyderabad organised a fun reading session at a popular café in Banjara Hills. The readers took turns to read out an endearing collection of essays by Anne Fadiman, in which the author recounts her love affair with books and language, and describes the eccentric habits of bookworms who literally devour every word in a page.Stories flowed throughout the evening, interspersed with laughter, as the audience enjoyed the session. The evening had a musical ending with Nikhil jamming with DJ Zameer on tabla to popular Bollywood songs. In all, it was a fun affair that left guests wanting more!
