Fitness lovers find novel ways to stay fit during lockdown

and staying indoors, they are also finding new ways to stay fit and create new activities while at it. One such example was set 3 times super randonneur, Prof. Manoj Mishra. He involved his whole family in an

activity

of

terrace

run. "I have to take online classes, yet I ensure taking part in all the workout challenges being extended to me, all for the sake of some good activity. I found terrace run/walk is one activity that can involve the entire family." Recently, an endurance run activity was organised on the weekend, where his family clocked in 10.20 kilometers in about three hours twenty seven minutes.
