Artists showcase their love for India through paintings
Proficient artists painted the canvas in
Brought together by Gauraangini Arts and LM Ishwar Foundation, it was inaugurated Padma Ishwar, the wife of late Ishwar. All the artists who were exhibiting their inner emotions towards India, were clad in tricolours to pay respect to the Indian flag. All these artists, spreading the beautiful glory of their colours, hail from different parts of the country and include artists from the age of 4 to some eminent names of the industry.
The senior artists like Payal Lulla, Sunita Sridhar, Sonal Chittoria, Neelam Vishnoyi and Pramila Dodi created imagery of the diverse language and culture of the country. On the other hand, kids painted the India as they visualise it, national bird, national flower, different states of the country, etc.
The chairperson of the foundation, Dr Raagini Ishwar said, “We have organised a competition on social media and the top 29 winners have been invited to showcase their art at this platform. All the paintings are made on the theme of India's Independence Day and they all are winners in their own way and they have been felicitated with certificates and respect, so that they stay encouraged and keep creating art.” A photography competition, named ‘Mera Jaipur, Meri Nazar Se’ was also organised.
