Keeping the festive spirit alive, this church in Jaipur organised a virtual Christmas celebration

Christmas is the season of joy and excitement and the people at Jeevan Jyoti Church in Jaipur did not let their excitement waver even amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

Jashn-e-masih

was the name of this exciting music and dance-filled celebration that was done online. Sticking to the traditions of Christmas of spreading joy and love to the world, the virtual event was open for all like the doors of churches on this day.

shared, "We celebrate Christmas through the Birth of Jesus Christ. He was born to this world as a saviour for the whole humanity. While things have been difficult this year because of the coronavirus pandemic, we didn't let it hamper our spirits. The celebration and joy remained the same even when the event was online. We had musical performances, talks and discussions at this virtual event. It was a different kind of celebration but we enjoyed it a lot."
