Monica Bedi performs at a New Year bash in Kanpur

Kanpur ushered in the New Year on a glamorous note with actor Monica Bedi performing at a popular club in the city.
The evening began with members arriving early to occupy the best seats at the venue. Atul Gupta, the secretary of the club welcomed the guests while Raman Bhalla ensured everything was in order. The excitement was high as Monica stepped onto the stage and said, “Hello and a very happy New Year Kanpur.Are you ready for an entertaining night?” Her sensational dance performance on songs like Baby Doll, DJ Wale Babu and Second Hand Jawaani made the guests match steps with her. We spotted Rakesh, Mani, Pawan, Bharti, Sharad and Alpana grooving on latest Bollywood hits. With several parties happening in the city, Kanpurites were busy party hopping too. One of them was Sanjay Batla and his wife Sunaina, who left early for another party. The fashionably dressed guests, specially the ladies, were unmidnful of the chill and flaunted their sleek glam avatars.
The venue went pitch dark and the sky was lit up with fireworks as the clock struck midnight while people wished their loved ones. High in spirits and josh, the party continued till the wee hours.
