The makers say that through this movie, the director connects the African country Djibouti and its customs and cultures with India and introduces it to Malayalis. Amith Chakkalakkal is the hero of the movie and

is the heroine.

Besides them, Tamil actor Kishore, Dileesh Pothan, Gregory, Rohith Maggu, Alencier, Naseer Sankranthi, Geetha, Sunil Sughatha, Biju Sopanam, Baby George, Pouli Valbsan, Anjali Nair, Jayasree, Athira Harikumar, and other stars also play major roles in the movie.
The songs written by Kaithpram and Vinayak Sasikumar are given music by composer Deepak Dev. The film’s vocals are done by Shankar Mahadevan, Vijay Prakash, Karthik, Anandh Sreeraj and Sayanora Philip.

A few months ago, the film had made news when its 74-crew members reached Cochin International Airport on June 6, after being stranded in the East African nation for over 45 days, following the Covid-19 outbreak. The team had reached Kochi in a special chartered flight. The team could shoot uninterrupted even during the lockdown, they had revealed.
