Successful women come together for an evening of conversation and good food

A bakery cum café chain along with a luxe wellness brand presented a special event featuring women achievers from different walks of life on International Women’s Day. The cosy get-together was hosted by Sandeep Gupta, the founder of the bakery cum café, who partnered with Aishwarya Biswas of the luxe wellness brand. The women shared their inspiring stories over endless cuppas and titbits from the café, which included their signature baklavas, iced teas, and a hearty fare comprising dishes like kanthal biryani, mac and cheese, potato wafers and smoky mountain sandwich, among others.

While the talk veered towards women empowerment across all spheres, the focus also touched upon women business leaders, equitable support from the industries, and a more inclusive future. The women also agreed that shared responsibility is needed to advance gender equality.

Post the event, Sandeep said, "It's a privilege for us to host these incredibly successful women who have created a name for themselves through their hard work. Whether a homemaker or a professional working woman, all women should have the right to choose a life of their own. I am indebted to everyone who graced the event with their presence today."

The guests were also given a goodie bag from the luxe wellness brand, which contained some of their best-selling skincare products. Aishwarya shared, “It is indeed a proud thing for the area’s residents to witness the largest bakery cum cafe being opened in Salt Lake. So many multi-talented women at one place have created such happy vibes. I wish more and more success to Sandeep. We are happy to be a part of such a glorious initiative.”
