Inter-State Blind Cricket Tournament

tournament for the blind organized by a private medical college and Cricket Association of India for Handicapped in Lucknow, was a star-studded affair. Organised at the college ground, the tournament witnessed several Bollywood celebrities and international cricketers who were present to encourage the players.

The five-day tournament, which had eight participating states was finally won by Bihar. The final match was well attended by former Indian cricketer Ajay Jadeja, Bollywood actor Prem Chopra, film director Neeraj Pandey and TV actor Ravi Dubey.

Later, a cultural programme was organised in the evening which was marked by the performances of singer Usha Mangeshkar, singer Aaman Trikha, comedian Rajiv Nigam. Politician SC Mishra was also present to encourage the players.
