Lucknowites learn the art of managing bonsai

A three-day long bonsai-making workshop was organised by Lucknowite

at his residence. Several

lovers participated in the workshop which had expert Manoj Kumar, who taught them the art of making and styling bonsais. Several varieties of bonsai like

Adenium

, Carmona Microphylla, Ficus Americana and many others were displayed at the show.

Talking about the initiative, Shashwat said, "The art of bonsai is a very tedious job and one cannot easily do it. There has to be a certain way where a bonsai is given a perfect shape. So through this workshop, I wanted everyone to know what are the intricacies involved in the art of making a bonsai and various styles associated with it."
