and his team of experts held a sushi masterclass in Santacruz. Titled -Roll your own sushi, it was an opportunity for food enthusiasts and amateur chefs to be a part of this cookout. Participants got a chance to learn the nuances for sushi preparation and technique. Chef Farrokh, who was part of the activity, taught participants how to prepare sushi rolls with fish (raw or cooked), vegetables and more.
