Nritya Gatha to celebrate the spirit of dance through classical, folk and inclusive performances
A vibrant evening of dance and expression awaits audiences as Nritya Gatha is set to be staged, bringing together performances in classical, folk, and creative dance forms by students. The event will also feature special performances by Riddhi Bandyopadhyay, Devlina Kumar, and Avirup Sengupta's troupe.
For choreographer and performer Avirup, dance is not merely an art form but a way of life. Deeply passionate about the craft, he has consistently used dance as a medium of storytelling, emotion, and cultural expression.
One of the most heartwarming segments of the evening will be the performance by special children from Prayas. "Their enthusiasm, confidence, and radiant smiles promise to leave the audience deeply moved. The performance stands as a beautiful reminder of how dance transcends barriers and becomes a celebration of joy, inclusion, and self-expression," said Avirup.
Blending artistry, emotion, and community spirit, Nritya Gatha aims to be an evening that celebrates the universal language of dance in all its forms.
