Bringing out the kiddie side of these pass outs of Sainik School was their annual alumni meet that happened the other day.

And they sure didn’t want to miss this chance of meeting their old pals, so, to make the most of the occasion, they all came down from far and near.
Organised at the NCC officer’s mess, the do kick-started with an award ceremony, wherein the alumni were awarded in various categories.
The UPSAINIAN of the year, Defence category, was given to Vice-Admiral Ganesh Mahadevan, who specially flew down from Vishakhapatnam for this meet, while the UPSAINIAN of the year, Civilian category, went to UP cabinet secretary Shashank Shekhar Singh, who however, couldn’t make it to the occasion. Lt Gen Awadhesh Prakash, who came down from Delhi, looked happy to receive a special award.
ALSO SPOTTED: Kumkum Dhar, Bhavna Singh, Komal Jaiswal and Shweta Singh.
