ICSE & ISC state toppers reveal their secret mantra to success

Among the class X toppers were Varuni Vatsa, St Joseph’s Convent High School, Patna, Sambhavai Singh, Don Bosco Academy Patna and Harshit Raj, St Joseph Jagatpur School, Banka. All three of them scored 495 marks. Isha Rani of St Joseph Jagatpur School, Banka scored 98.80% and bagged the second position while Sakshi Dokania bagged the third position
with 98.60%. Varuni, said, “I always believe in competing with myself. I used to be the topper in my previous classes. I have worked hard to perform better and my parents supported me always. Moreover, my friends and I used to meet during our study leave for group discussions, so that we could clarify each other’s doubts. I am happy that it worked for us and all of us have scored well.”
Patna
, became the Bihar topper with 99% marks at her intermediate examinations. Anushka said, “My hard work paid off. I want to thank my parents and teachers for their constant support and encouragement. I stopped using social media for a month, before my examinations. Besides, I attended all the revision classes that happened in my school and followed the guidance of my teachers.”Mount Assisi School
, Bhagalpur, and Shreya Agrawal of St Joseph’s Convent High School, Patna, bagged the second and third positions in the state with 98.50% and 98.25% marks respectively. Shreya said, “I maintained consistency. Since the past six months, I used to devote around six to seven hours on studies, no matter what. I didn’t take any extra tuition classes. Rather, I followed what my school teachers taught us throughout the session.
