are readying themselves for the upcoming

Bhoramdeo Mahotsav

, a carnival where artists from pan-India perform and showcase the state’s cultural richness.

In 2019, the event saw several folk dance performances from the state including

Gedi

. The festival premises Bhoramdeo Temple is also known as the '

Khajuraho

of Chhattisgarh'.
