Theatre in Raipur builds Taj Mahal with their play

We may all know the tales of Taj Mahal and in what circumstances it was built, ever imagined how would this be in the modern day setting? Rang Shrinkhala Natya Manch, a theatre group in Raipur have enacted a play named ‘Taj Mahal ka Tender’ which will tickle your funny bone.

The play revolves around a comical tale that depicts a situation wherein if Shahjahan would have been born in the modern times and tried to construct the Taj Mahal then what would have happened.The sarcasm-filled roller coaster theatrical ride has displayed Red Tapism, bureaucratic mechanism and all the other hurdles that would take to build a Taj Mahal in today’s era. To give it a Chhattisgarh touch, the performers have also performed the Chhattisgarhi Nacha.


The event took place at Art Gallery Muktakash, Raipur and audiences sure had a laughter riot.
