recreated by the chefs in Ranchi. “Dim sums have evolved from a relaxing roadside snack to a meal that you can enjoy at any time of the day or night. Dim sums, which have been enjoyed for hundreds of years, have changed to reflect other cultures, differing from one country to another, and we are looking to recreating the magic,” said head chef Rama Chandra Oraon.
