Sonu Nigam to launch global tour with Grand Abu Dhabi arena show
Abu Dhabi is gearing up for one of the region’s biggest Bollywood live entertainment events of 2026, as legendary singer Sonu Nigam prepares to make his grand standalone arena debut in the UAE capital this August. The Padma Shri awardee will launch his upcoming world tour, The Revolution, at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island on August 21, marking the first major Bollywood concert announcement for the region this year.
Known for timeless romantic tracks, powerful live vocals, and crowd-favourite dance numbers, Sonu Nigam’s Abu Dhabi performance is expected to be one of the largest South Asian live music spectacles staged in the capital.
Sharing his excitement, Sonu Nigam said, “Abu Dhabi holds a special place in my heart and I am thrilled to launch 'The Revolution' tour in a city that has always shown me so much love. This tour is a celebration of our shared musical journey over the last 30 years, and I cannot wait to share this completely new arena experience with my fans.”
Designed as a large-scale international production, The Revolution tour celebrates the singer’s three-decade musical legacy through an immersive arena experience featuring a live band, elaborate audio-visual staging, and a setlist spanning classics, fan favourites, and newer material. Following its Abu Dhabi opening, the tour is set to travel across the United Kingdom, North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
