. Loneliness and fear has translated into various mental health issues like

anxiety

and depression.

Actress Deeksha Joshi recently took to social media to address the issue. She wrote, “Everything is not alright. And, I believe that it is okay for everything to not be alright. It is okay to not be alright. To not be okay. To not be in high spirits all the time.” The actress goes on to talk how individuals can strive to be happy at their own will. She writes, “What is important in life is to overcome the darkness, the sadness, and by making the choice to be happy, I already would have overcome it. I choose positivity, I choose laughter, I choose happiness, and I will strive for it. I will. But at my own will.”
