Actor Pratik Gandhi has slowly slalomed his way into the heart of every audience through his most notable performance in the superhit series ‘Scam’. The actor who has also played several memorable while talking to an online portal media revealed that he had to quit a corporate job that earned him a salary of around Rs 25 lakhs to focus on his acting career.
Pratik Gandhi reportedly said that as he was getting routine promotions during his corporate job, he was not able to focus on his film career. This was the point where the actor decided to turn down the corporate job that earned him around Rs 25 lakhs during the time when he quit.
The actor reportedly said that he quit the corporate job just a few weeks ahead of the release of his film ‘Wrong Side Raju’. He also said that at the point when he decided to quit the job he had no idea how his future would be. Pratik Gandhi further added that he had good savings at that time and had bought a home in Kandivali on a loan of Rs 65 lakh. He also said that his father’s cancer treatment was ongoing and also had his young child at home.
Pratik further said in his interview with online media that, from the moment he quit his job, his journey felt amazing as he did 8 Gujarati films back to back and also performed several plays.
Meanwhile, Pratik Gandhi will be seen playing a pivotal lead character in the upcoming film ‘Atiti Bhooto Bhava’ and the actor also has two TV series in the pipeline.
