had issued a stay on
Nirav Barot directorial and Kiran Kumar-Raunaq Kamdar starrer 'Have Thase...Baap Re'(HTBR). The makers of yesteryears' movie 'Baap Re Baap' had filed a petition against the HTBR producer-director in the commercial court initially where they had conflicts regarding the initial title 'Baap Re'. Under this issue, the makers changed the title by adding 'Have Thase' to the movie title.
Last week though, the petitioners escalated the case further over copyright issues alleging the creative team HTBR of tracing similarity in concept and storylines. However, the producers of HTBR were confident about their venture and finally, the HC has given a clean-chit to the case. With this clearance in the case, the movie releases on January 18, 2019.
