"I couldn’t have wished for better co-stars than Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani”, says ‘Satya Prem Ki Katha’ actress Maira Doshi - Exclusive!

Maira Doshi, who has excelled in Telugu and Gujarati movies, is now waiting for her next release in Hindi - 'Satya Prem Ki Katha'. The dimpled beauty has roped in to play the role of Kiara Advani's sister in the upcoming film. In an exclusive chat with ETimes, Maira Doshi spills the beans on 'Satya Prem Ki Katha'.

"Having worked in Telugu, Gujarat, and a few projects here in Mumbai, landing this opportunity felt like a dream come true. I received a call from Mukesh Chabra's team, who briefed me about the film and asked if I was interested. Naturally, I was immediately intrigued, and they requested my previous audition tapes. After sharing them, I met them, and that’s how it began," Maira Doshi recalls.

Speaking about her co-stars, she adds, "I couldn’t have wished for better co-stars than Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. Kartik is a fun person, and there’s never a dull moment when he's around. Kiara too is sweet, and has a heart of gold. She made me feel very comfortable on the set.”

Maira Doshi also divulges that she was surprised by her co-stars speaking Gujarati, “They were quite fluent, and I was in awe! Filming with Kartik and Kiara was fun. We shot in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Gondal. As a Gujarati myself, this film is close to my heart.”

Maira also divulged that she gifted Kartika Aaryan and Kiara Advani a little something, "I gave them outfits from my clothing line, and they graciously accepted.”
