'Laalo – Krishna Sada Sahaayate' is releasing in Hindi today, January 9, 2026. The film first came out in Gujarati and slowly went on to become big, critically and commercially It was made on a very small budget of just Rs 50 lakh. At first, the film did not do well in theatres. But after the third week, robust word of mouth helped the film mint money at the box office. The film had families flocking the theaters and slowly the collections began increasing, leading it to be the first Gujarati film to become a sleeper hit. It smashed all the previous records and is also the only Gujarati film to reach this milestone.

Ankit Sakhiya shared his feelings about the film and the Hindi release. He said, "Laalo is a product of dedication and honesty. I believe something truly divine transpired during the entire process of making the film, and that is why it's so fulfilling to see the enormous love and appreciation the film has received. From senior citizens to children, every single person has thoroughly enjoyed the film and that is what gives Laalo the universal appeal. As for the hindi release, I love the way the hindi trailer is being received, so many people are excited to watch it in theatres and all I hope for the film is that it receives as much love from Hindi audiences as it did from the Gujarati ones."
