Look forward to more singing in the New Year: Dimple Biscuitwala

It’s been an eventful year for her, and Dimple Biscuitwala is not complaining! The actress-singer, who has done films including Dhuandhaar and Tu Chhe Ne, tells us that in the new year, she wants to concentrate on live shows and her singing. “This past year has been extremely hectic as everything was returning to normalcy after the lockdown. Sometimes, it got difficult to manage live show schedules and shoots. But I am so grateful for this year, that everything got back on track, so I’ve no complaints.”

Dimple is looking forward to a packed year ahead and says there will be more singing and travelling for concerts and live shows involved. “Singing has always been my priority and shall remain so, but I am also looking forward to taking up more acting projects. I recently did an OTT series which received a good response, so I hope to be a part of more such projects in the coming year.”

Ask her how she has been celebrating the festive week, and the actress says, “This year and every year, I just love being at home with my family as I don’t get to spend quality time with them throughout the year. So, I make it a point to spend Diwali and New Year with them each year. Making rangoli, eating cholafali, and spending a leisurely festive period with my loved ones by my side is what I enjoy doing during Diwali. This New Year is special as everyone is coming together and celebrating without fear after two very difficult years.”
