Netri Trivedi is an actress who has proved her best acting skills in Gujarati cinema. Her films such as 'Chhello Divas,' '21Mu Tiffin,' and 'Dhuandhaar' have received positive reviews from filmgoers. Recently, the actress will be seen in director Naiteek Ravval's upcoming new genre 'Aagantuk'. To know more about the film and other details. ETimes reached out to the actress and here's what she revealed exclusively.
Netri who plays the character of Manaswi in the film shared, "Working on the project was truly a roller coaster ride for me. To break it down in parts the locations were the real treat, as an actor, I had never worked on a project that is shot at such beautiful locations in Gujarat itself."
"Also, talking about the story when I read the script it was surely interesting and gripping but the way it was shot was an even more thrilling experience. Just like how panch tantra through animals create the relatability of characters and their traits the film also uses this familiar technique. My character without revealing much is a very girl next door kind of a character who is relatable, college-going, innocent, and trusting till an incident changes her and the character sees a progression of emotions," she continued.
"Naiteek bhai’s (Naiteek Ravval) personality and his films are quite paradoxical. His dynamic, mysterious films and his calm composed personality are poles apart. He comes on the set with the vision of the entire film and his own quirks, you just need to trust his process and follow his command. His clarity is brilliant and his perfectionist nature would bring out the best in you as an actor. It has been an honor to know him and yet he is very down-to-earth and an empath. I wanted to work with him for a long and then 'Aagantuk' happened and I hope this journey of ours continues. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and I and my team cannot wait to share this unique piece of cinema with stylish background music and unexplored beauty of locations with the audience on the 17th of February," Netri ended the conversation with a smile.
