Pooja Jhaveri on '21 Divas': I am hoping the word of mouth will make the film reach out to many- Exclusive!

The trailer for the Gujarati film '21 Divas' has piqued the interest of moviegoers. The comedy genre will undoubtedly tickle the bones until the very end. Aarjav Trivedi, Pooja Jhaveri, Prem Gadhavi, Deepa Trivedi, Raju Barot, Kalpesh Patel, Kamini Patel, Bharat Thakker, Deepangi Raval, Manisha Trivedi, Pooja Purohit, and Prashant Jangid star in the film, which is directed by Kush Banker. To learn more, ETimes spoke with actress Pooja Jhaveri, who revealed details about the film, her character, and others.

Pooja talked about the film and her character, "The film is an out-and-out comedy, talks about a family that is in debt and has a lot of confusion internally. I play the character of Megha, a prospect for marriage for one of the two boys. The scenes are hilarious when the two boys Maulik and Aarjav (Karan and Arjun) are on screen together."

"I accepted the role as this character is the center of the entire story everything revolves around this character 'Megha'. Also, I feel that pure drama, fun family comedy works best with Gujarati audience and I am hoping people will enjoy this one, how she accepted her role, Pooja added."

"The film is made on a small budget, and may not have a great marketing strategy, but I am hoping the word of mouth will make the film reach out to many."It was my 2nd film and the DOP Suraj Kurrade, so it was easy to work with him as we already established good work chemistry in my first film 'Gajab Thai Gayo'," she said.

Pooja shared her experience of working with her co-stars, "Maulik and Aarjav are fun people to work with, in between shots we would have another comedy session of our own Maulik is a spontaneous entertainer and mimic skills is out of the world. Deepa Trivedi, and Prem Gadhvi were two more people I had most scenes with, and it was flawless working with them. In fact, there was a moment where I fell really sick, in between the shoot and Deepa took care of me, along with everyone being way too kind and nice, excited Pooja signed off the interview," Pooja recalled while signing off the conversation
