Samvedna Suwalka on celebrating Diwali: I am going home this Diwali to be with my parents

Celebrities have already started making their plans and are busy sharing glimpses of their parties on social media handles and actress Samvedna Suwalka couldn't agree more to it.

Talking about what Diwali means to her, Samvedna says," For me Diwali means family coming together, holidays, lights, sweets. It's time for nostalgia because when you clean the house and you tend to stumble upon some memories. You throw out the old stuff and bring in the new. Take stock of your life and celebrate a new beginning."

Further the

shares her Diwali plan. "This year, I am going home to celebrate Diwali with my parents in Jamnagar. Last year, because of COVID-19, I did not travel, and also I had begun shooting for the next season of my web show, I only had a couple of days off so I celebrated Diwali at home in Mumbai. But this time, I am gonna make the most of it. I will connect with my friends and teachers from school that I haven’t met in a long time. I feel the need to reconnect with people. These 2 years have been challenging and isolating," expressed in an exclusive chat.

"I have a major sweet tooth. Once you open a box of sweets in front of me it is very difficult for me to have just one. I also love Kaju Katli, Besan Barfi, Gulab Jamun and my mouth is watering when these are near," Samvedna signs off.
